If I were to ask you "Would you consider wearing your Mother's wedding dress for your own wedding?" your instant answer, more than likely, would be "Never!".  Am I right?  

Well, let's just take a moment to think about that.  

There are a couple of reasons it would actually make a lot of sense to.  Firstly it would be very cost effective, your Mother's wedding dress will of course already have been bought and paid for and secondly it would take a lot of pressure away from you in finding the perfect dress.  

Practical reasons aside, how wonderful to think that by passing down a wedding dress generations of brides will be married in the same dress, building a family tradition.
